Of course, this doesn’t mean that you should ignore your problems. Never ignore your problems. However, what it does mean is that you should never feel overwhelmed by your problems. You’re not overwhelmed because you view your problems as opportunities that you haven’t as yet taken advantage of. Although, viewing your problems in this way might require some self-assurance and confidence.

mindfulness Don’t worry about clearing the mind. Lots of people think meditation is about clearing your mind, or stopping all thoughts. It’s not. This can sometimes happen, but it’s not the “goal” of meditation. If you have thoughts, that’s normal. We all do. Our brains are thought factories, and we can’t just shut them down. Instead, just try to practice focusing your attention, and practice some more when your mind wanders.
