August 9, 2018 at 8:56 pm So, by repeating positive affirmations, we can actually be repeating (even if just in our mind), negative statements 10, 20, 30 or more times a day — depending on how ambitious you are. Yikes! Surely, our “tail enders” aren’t a good thing to embed any deeper.
Who cares what you had or where you were, this is where you’re at now. Nothing else matters. Stop comparing your life to your old life or to everyone else’s life. You had to go through what you had to go through to learn what you had to learn.

Very good article. I think that problem with positive affirmation can be that people don’t believe in what they are saying and they are too judgmental. One of the solution could be to use  positive affirmations as subliminal messages.
